PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DRAFTING
Our Projects team is structured to support every stage of the project lifecycle, from drafting and planning through to fabrication, installation and final delivery.
Our dedicated drafting services are designed to bring each project to life, transforming architectural intent and project requirements into detailed technical documentation that supports accuracy, coordination and efficient project delivery.
Working alongside this process, our Project Management team oversees each stage from commencement through to on-site completion, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, aligned with client expectations, completed within budget and executed to the highest standard.
OPERATIONAL DELIVERY
Our two purpose-built manufacturing facilities in Hastings are designed to streamline every stage of production from the moment IFC drawings are released.
Equipped with advanced beamline technology, we process structural steel and components in-house with speed and precision, giving us full control over quality, sequencing and program delivery to meet project deadlines with confidence.
Our team specialises in the fabrication and manufacture of a wide range of structural and architectural steel elements, including complete structural steel packages for residential and commercial projects (including renovations and extensions), stair stringers, balustrades and handrailing, decking systems, window shrouds and framing, beams and columns, stillages, privacy screens, architectural features, retaining walls and grating.
Depending on project requirements, we offer a range of protective and architectural finishes including galvanising, powder coating and priming — all factored into our quotation process to ensure clarity from the outset.
Our installation teams deliver high-quality structural steel installation safely, efficiently and in line with program and budget expectations.
Supported by a qualified Civil Surveyor, our capabilities ensure a smooth set out and install with exceptional accuracy, providing additional site coordination support using advanced HILTI workstation technology.
To ensure smooth and safe delivery on every project, we also provide all required plant and equipment, including crane trucks, all-terrain crane services, boom lifts and working-at-heights systems.
Our in-house fleet and equipment includes:
- 13 tonne Kato City Bubble Crane
- Various spider and crawler cranes
- Site crane trucks suited to a range of access conditions
- Scissor and duct lifts
- HILTI workstation systems
Our fabrication and installation crews are highly skilled, fully qualified and licensed, bringing together extensive industry experience and a strong commitment to safety and precision across every project.
We also provide delivery services across both metropolitan and regional Victoria for all project requirements.
